[UK-TUG] Committee voting on £3,500 for purchase of MacBook Pro

Paulo Cereda has applied to UK TUG for £3,500 for the purchase of a
high-spec  Apple M1 (ARM) MacBook Pro and some additional software. Today,
Jay Hammond moved a committee motion to fund this application.
