Now that the AGM is over, feedback on the AGM agenda cannot affect it.  
So please contact me directly chair at uktug.org.uk if you need to say more 
in the next few weeks.
Ideally you will prepare what to say and offer it at the SGM. The 
committee is determined to hold an SGM in early 2021, Ideally January. 
There the AGM agenda will be revisited and decisions taken.
The only decision with a 2020 deadline that was not taken at the AGM  
was membership fees. The fees for 2021 were not changed at the AGM, so 
renewals will remain unchanged for 2021. The SGM will have  the power to 
alter fees for new joiners.  The current fees are: automatic no-cost 
renewal on Jan 1 2021, (that's you!) and £10 for new joiners).

The AGM minutes are in preparation. The elected members of the committee 
are known, and co-options are ongoing.
The committee has not held a physical meeting but is in session by 
email. I remain Chair. Officers are yet to be appointed. That's to 
happen after co-options are complete.
