[UK-TUG] thanks that AGM held by Joseph Wright

Joseph Wright  organised and executed the 2020 UKTUG AGM .

I'm personally very grateful that he did so. I also express the thanks 
of the UKTUG members, and the committee. In addition I thank UEA for the 
support they gave Joseph in holding the AGM. I wish to apologise to 
everyone --Joseph especially -- for not having expressed thanks sooner.
