[UK-TUG] Avoiding dissolution of UK TUG

Hi Jay

With all appropriate respect, I have a question for you. Please consider it
carefully.

Suppose 10 members of UK TUG, all of good character, state that they wish
to serve on the committee, and to contribute an hour a week to support and
promote TeX in the UK.

If this happens, would you then cancel your stated intention, to prepare a
dissolution plan for UK TUG and present it at a special general meeting?
