Dear Member,

As required by the constitution, I give notice that motions for the AGM 
must be received by me by 11:59 on the 24th of November.

As I note above, the committee will be holding an SEGM and so *strongly* 
suggest that any motions are submitted for that meeting rather than the AGM.

I also give notice that any member wishing to serve on the committee 
should arrange for notice to reach me before the AGM. This should be 
supported by a second member. As Chair, Jay Hammond continues for one 
year, until the end of the 2021 AGM.
