[Tugindia] Rights problem in Dviwindo.ini in c:\windows

Hi All,

Can anybody tell me, in Y&Y TeX, can't we put the dviwindo.ini file
somewhere else than c:\windows, as i do not want to give the full rights in
c:\windows to the user, but dviwindo.ini cant works without giving full
rights in c:\windows, please help
