[Tugindia] PS frag

I have a few questions regarding Psfrag.

1) How do you use psfrag with pdfLaTeX ? Is it the same package or something
different ?

2) If I want to increase the size of the fonts what do I do ?

\psfrag{Soma}{\Large$Soma$}  does not work.
