[Tugindia] Reg: Font Style "Outline & Shadow"

Hi TeXies,

Is possible to typeset the "Outline" and "Shadow" styles in LaTeX?
If yes then please guide me how to typeset those things in LaTeX. I am
working with WINDOWS MikTeX.
In the below path I have given little example which is expressing my
requirement:
