[Tugindia] Operator space

Dear TeX members,

I am typsetting a math book. In some places, space
before and after the operators (+, -, =, etc) is
varying depending on the looseness of the line. I need
to have a fixed spacing for all the operators. Please
any one suggest me a way to get it.
