[Tugindia] help required for using "skt" package in LaTeX

Dear Venu Gopal and  Somnath Sidkar,

Thanks a lot for your reply. It was very useful. Initially, dvips did not
work (it asked for some ppd files). but it worked when I tried : dvips -Ppdf
filename.dvi -o.  The other mistake I made was that I did not create a
binary file properly. Now, I've installed both the devnag and skt packages
successfully.
