[Tugindia] problem in two column

Dear Users
 
  I faced one critical problem. In two column document, inline figure is spanned in one column. Normally, used either multicol.sty or default two column, text balanced before comes in  inline figure spanned in single column and then comes  following text. 
 
But i want,  text flows in first column then comes in inline figure spanned in full text width  and then text flows in same first column.(ie., not balanced text before inline figure.)
