[Tugindia] still problem with \colorbox.......

I don't know any answer, but you might have to redefine \@startsection for
this. I tried using \colorbox in \@seccntformat and \@svsec, but neither
worked. Does someone have an answer, or know whether there is a package or
class like memoir that can do this? A quick glance through memoir
documentation did not suggest anything.

\rule. See, e.g, Oetiker, et. al., _The Not So Short Introduction to
