Subject: new package/style file - pdfseminar

I've written a simple style file that some people may find useful for
seminars or web-documents. The main feature of this style file is that
it provides pop-up navigation menus that are normally hidden but can
be made visible by a mouse click in a target region (near the right
edge of the screen). The advantage of this is that valuable screen
space is not wasted on links that might only be used a handful of
times in the seminar. This is similar in action to Acrobat's bookmarks
but with the advantage that the pop-up menus are easily accessible in
full screen mode. There are two menus, one contains the normal
forward, back, return, last and first actions, while the second
provides hyperlinks to user specified targets in the document
(e.g.sections and subsections). Both menus are implemented using PDF
