[Tugindia] Suggestion about tutorial filenames

Yes, it was Ajay who told about a decent index page with details of
each chapter and download links.

You're right. The tutorial team is only happy to name the files as you
suggest and rename the old ones.  You suggestion seems sensible and
appropriate.
