The last line tells you that you don't have LucidaBringt fonts
installed in your system. You only have the *.tfm's for LucidaBright
(it is distributed through TeXLive or CTAN has it, fonts cannot be
distributed due to its commercial nature) which means, you could
compile your TeX sources, since TeX needs only *.tfm files of a font
to make dvi.
LucidaBright is a commercial font costing US$ 200 or so.
