[tlu] TexLive cannot update

This seems to be the problem recently reported on the tlu and tex-live lists.

In short: the script update-tlmgr-latest.sh, used by TeX Live Utility for infrastructure updates, is currently broken on the Mac. The problem has been fixed upstream on the TUG server (tlcritical), but the fix will take time to propagate to the CTAN servers used by TeX Live Utility.

Interim solution:

- Run "sudo tlmgr update --self" in Terminal. This will perform the infrastructure update.

- Afterwards you should be able to run TeX Live Utility as usual.
