[tlu] Release Notes format

Unrelated to yesterday's discussion: the Release Notes for the last two versions 1.47 and 1.49 are not displayed the same as for the preceding versions (the HTML code is shown raw instead of being interpreted). See the attached screenshots.

Looking at <https://github.com/amaxwell/tlutility/blob/master/appcast/tlu_appcast.xml>, I wonder whether it's not caused by the lines, for versions 1.47 and 1.49


            <description><![CDATA[
            [...]
            ]]></description>

compared to


            <description>
            [...]
            </description>

for the other versions.
