Well, actually I did not even look at the menu: having added all available buttons (Update, Update All, Install and Remove) to the toolbar, I was doing everything from it.

Back when I was using menus more often, years ago, I used to press the Shift and Alt keys in sequence, to see which hidden surprises the menus might have to offer. I'll try to remember to do this again.
