[tlu] TeX Live Message

Hello

I have a hard time solving this:
[cid:63E14B1F-0C4C-4F41-AA21-514D5EDE0DB3]
It says “You need manually upgrade to a newer version of Tex Live”. I have upgraded to the newest version (via GitHub) but I still get this message.
How do I solve this problem?
