Indeed this is exactly the same package list I am seeing.

The drawing of the lines separating the different interface elements (like the column delimiters etc.) is not the macOS default. With the default, the lines are thinner, less neatly defined. If I remember correctly, you're using a third-party utility to get this result. Have you tried disabling this utility, does it change the way TLU looks?
