[tlu] TLU 1.37b6 & Dark Mode in Catalina

Howdy,

Sigh, this is what I see in Dark Mode under Catalina with 1.37b6:



I'm not sure what I can do about that. PS: If you look closely you can see that there is a list of packages to be updated. As well the tab-bar is partially obscured with a light band.
