[tldistro] unexpected return value from verify_checksum: -5

As a test, I tried downloading an OLD installer,
to see what kind of TeX system it installs.

The idea is to have in some sort a reproducable install,
where the installer is not just installing the latest version,
but a specific "point in time" or "by revision" a given version.

However, I get an error:

/usr/share/install-tl-20191231/install-tl: unexpected return value from verify_checksum: -5

This error did not happen for the recent installer - although that it may be related to the choice of mirror site ?

# /usr/share/install-tl-20210128/install-tl 
Loading https://mirror.koddos.net/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb

works ok.

On the other hand, this may be related to a different choice of mirror, it's different versions of the install-tl tool, but also different mirrors.
