Thank you for your time!  So I'm going to keep working like this.

I have a question:—

When I run `tlmgr update --all` on my “custom” OpenBSD-TL, do this
command update the symlinks in bindir if necessary?  I'm asking
because I'm not sure it does.  If so, I will have to work on new rules
to be included in my makefile somehow, and advise users on how to use
it.
