[tlbuild] junicodevf in TeXLive 2024 (pretest)

I'm getting the message

Package fontspec Error: The font "JunicodeVF" cannot be found.

when I try to process a samples file using lualatex in the pretest of
TeXLive2024.  I don't recall this issue arising before. The similar file
for junicode works fine.

Is this an issue with my packaging or is there a new issue with lualatex or
fontspec?
