Hi Ken - indeed, looks like our references to the name "Net::LWP" are
all erroneous. It is just the "LWP" bundle that you are already aware of
(https://metacpan.org/pod/LWP). I'll update the docs I can find.

I'm not sure if LWP is always installed all-or-nothing (that's how I do
it), but just in case, I don't believe we don't use anything unusual
from it. Basically just LWP::UserAgent, which probably ends up pulling
in everything else as dependencies.
