So the time has come ... I don't mind updating, but the binaries will
not be useable on older systems, this is something I dread somehow.

Debian 9 stretch was released in 2017, ok, that should be old enough I
hope ...

We currently use these three environments for building:
	Dockerfile.i386-linux:FROM i386/debian:jessie
	Dockerfile.x86_64-linux:FROM debian:jessie
	Dockerfile.x86_64-linuxmusl:FROM alpine:3.2
and also alpine failed.

I guess we need to switch here to stretch and whatever alpine version.

@Karl - what do you think? The change to stretch is rather easy. How is
your system at the moment?
