[tlbuild] Asymptote version mismatch

Hi,

my perl script stumbled over the different Asymptote versions of the
archive tar ball

 catalogue-version 2.49

and the curent source tree

 PACKAGE_VERSION='2.64'

this comparision is an old double check to get both equal.
