[tlbuild] Broken bibtex tests

FYI, the expected behavior of the test is shown in
    $TEXMFDIST/doc/bibtexu/examples/.
Among those, test.{tex,pdf} describes some useful info.

Now I'd like to identify the issue better...
Could you send the .blg for

    $ bibtexu -l fr -o fr -t test

(the -t option added, to see the sorting procedure.)
