[tlbuild] Can't build latest TeX Live on NetBSD/amd64

Hi,

Since two weeks ago, I've been unable to build the latest sources
of TeX Live on NetBSD/amd64:

I'm don't know enough C++ to patch this.

Anybody else having this problem?
