[tlbuild] Problems with xdvipdmfx (at least) and some fonts

  That's a good point.  But by the same token, the best thing would
surely be to have XeTeX and xdvipdfmx sort entries with identical names
in the same order -- considering XeTeX's output is processed only by
xdvipdfmx these days.  I'll think about it.
