[tlbuild] Problems with xdvipdmfx (at least) and some fonts

Thanks for the work, Fabian ... and sorry to be a pain, but as far as I
understand the situation (not very), the real culprit is the incorrect
(same FontName/UniqueID) upstream fonts.  Can they get changed?  If not,
then how about not using the conflicting TL fonts as system fonts in
Debian?  That just seems crazy to me.  But what do I know.

In principle, it seems rather like a *good* thing to me to have the
output unsorted.  Because the order should not matter.  If there is any
conflict, it's just hiding the problem to do anything else.

But whatever.  I don't really care.  Whatever people want to do.  --karl
