[tlbuild] otftotfm in MacTeX pretest has some "koch" hardcodes in it/can't find texnansx

Delighted that the lcdf-typetools are part of MacTeX 2009. But it
seems very bad that (a) there's a /Users/koch hardwired in it and (b)
it can't find the texnansx encoding file out of the box.
