[tlbuild] asymptote trials

Karl,

Just for the record. Earlier I reported that I could build asymptote  
on 10.4 Intel using

	make CFLAGS="-DBROKEN_COMPILER"

Now I'm reporting that I can also build on 10.4 PPC using gcc 3.3  
(i.e., the standard TeX Live compile for PPC) and

	make GCLIB_CHECK=: CFLAGS="-Wno-long-double -DBROKEN_COMPILER"

The "-Wno-long-double" avoids the following warning, otherwise  
reported over and over: "use of long double type; its size may change  
in a future release"
