Hi Angelo,

with the '--disable-xindy' option xindy is nevertheless configured (with the
option '--disable-build', please see top-level/README.layout for the reason)
but neither buiilt nor installed.  That configure must, however, not fail
due to clisp, latex, or something like that missing (only, e.g., if some
fundamental headers are not found).  Will fix that.
