[texworks] Please test the new macOS build

Okay, with that override it starts and all my tests succeeded. Some
notes mixed with your questions.

Looks fine on macOS Catalina 10.15.7.

Both look fine.

Regular PNG and PDF graphics files display fine; I don't have other formats.

Yes.
