Hi Alain,
I am referring to the "bullet" at the end of a completion, for example,
bite<TAB> gives:

\begin{itemize}

\item

\end{itemize}•

and the final bullet is typeset by pdflatex, which, of course, I don't want.

I edited tw-latex.txt to remove the bullet:

bite:=\begin{itemize}#RET#\item#RET##INS##RET#\end{itemize}

but it still appears when I use auto-completion.

Finally, I carefully deleted all other installations of texworks so there
is only one tw-latex.txt file:

C:\>dir/s tw-latex.txt
 Volume in drive C has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is B0C6-ED3F

 Directory of C:\Users\admin\TeXworks\completion

07/22/2020  02:45 PM            18,188 tw-latex.txt
               1 File(s)         18,188 bytes

     Total Files Listed:
               1 File(s)         18,188 bytes
               0 Dir(s)  731,638,767,616 bytes free

Thanks

Moti
