[texworks] message from TeXworks user(MiKTeX)

Dear TeXworks,

somehow the package
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
  information is  not distributed down to the iput files like
\input abstract1 .

As an instant,  letters äöüõ  are processed normally in the mother file  
'Paper1.tex'  but yield error messages if located in the 'abstract1.tex'.
The tex source files as well as  the log-file are enclosed for your 
convenience.
