[texworks] new binaries posted for Windows and OS X (r357)

I have just posted new builds of TeXworks for Windows and Mac OS X.

These binaries are built from svn rev 357. These packages include  
Alain Delmotte's TeXworks Manual in HTML form (choosing "TeXworks  
manual" from the Help menu should open it in your default browser),  
inside the application package for OS X and alongside the TeXworks.exe  
binary for Windows.

A couple of niggling bugs should also be fixed: the Cmd-A (Select All)  
issue on OS X, and the potential failure to open multiple files at  
once from Windows Explorer.

As always, please report anything that's broken!
