[texworks] cannot build bibtex

Hi all,

I've just tried texworks in miktex portable bundle.
However when I tried first "pdfLatex+MakeIndex+Bibtex" and then  
"Bibtex" , then twice "pdfLatex+MakeIndex+Bibtex", it can still not  
add my bib into the pdf where I used \cite command.
To be particular, it has just left an [?] there.
Anyone could help?
