[texworks] pre-release snapshots

For day-to-day work I've had no problems with the current binaries.  The
libraries go in to the same directory as the compiled binary, so I have:

C:\Program Files\TeXworks\TeXworks.exe
C:\Program Files\TeXworks\libfreetype-6.dll
C:\Program Files\TeXworks\mingwm10.dll

etc.
