What exactly did you install? (scheme) and did the installation complete?

I find it rather strange that it is starting by creating the pdflatex format, that should have been done at the end of the installation.

Subject: Installation issue with TeX Live 2023 on Linux Mint

Hello everyone,
I choosed to install TeX Live 2023 on Linux Mint 21.1 x86_64 using the quick install guide (https://www.tug.org/texlive/quickinstall.html)
I installed it on a different partition (not root)
I tested tlmgr installation :
$ tlmgr --version
The output takes long to display :
tlmgr revision 66457 (2023-03-08 00:07:12 +0100)
tlmgr using installation: /mypartition/texlive2023
TeX Live (https://tug.org/texlive) version 2023

A simple pdflatex -shell-escape helloWorld.tex takes hours to compile with a flood of outputs (attached file) and generates a corrupted pdf
Did any one face the same issue ? and what can be the problem with a similar installation ?
Thank you in advance for your support.
