does the Zotero webform still not do any pdf files?

I just ran across this and was curious if TooBib could
discover a bibtex entry, 

http://ufdcimages.uflib.ufl.edu/AA/00/00/49/56/00001/AA00004956.pdf

To my surprise, it did find the entry apparently with a dedicated UFl handler
but more to the point with a METS  source entry which IIRC someone here
helped me with. 
However, the  Zotero webform still choked on this,
