a zoterro user reports pdf failure on forum, TooBib worked :)

TooBib automtically mutates URL's when nothing else works and
appears to have found a solution. The Zoterro guru offers a link
which I did not hit since I have automated most of the process.
Again, happy to answer their question to help improve the product
but I seem to be blocked.  I can't believe they don't try url
mutation. It is a bit risky but manual curation is better than
nothing. And I'm doing pretty well right now. I did have to
patch my date extraction code though, still getting all the 
date mutants :)
