[texhax] Disable hyphenation after - everywhere

that's rather different: that is adding - together with zero width
space and penalties so the remaining part of the word is seen to tex
as a new word and can be hyphenated, but that is applying the
hyphenation rules separately to either side of the hyphenated
compound.

my suggestion was to use a character so that you can then specify
hyphenation points anywhere in the word fooo-baar independent of any
hyphenation specified for fooo and baar
