[texhax] German hyphenation

How about writing ä.ü and ö directly?

​\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}

​provides the necessary logic. If your keyboard does not have those keys I
recommend the use of Autohotkey (Windows), Autokey (Linux) or Textexpander
(Mac)​
