PdfTeX is using Type 1 Fonts, hence I suppose the problem is in the
OpenType font.  The only reasonable solution is to contact the
author, Bogusław Jackowski (preferably before TL-2013 is released).

BTW, I can reproduce the problem here with lualatex.

A good introduction is the book "Fonts & Encodings" by Yannis
Haralambous.  Maybe you can get it from your local library.  If it's
not there, ask for inter-library loan.

It shouldn't be too difficult to upgrade.  There's a lot of new stuff
which makes life easier.  You certainly don't know what you are
missing. ;)
