[texhax] ɀ in LaTeX?

I doubt that the character is part of one of the LaTeX encodings.
Perhaps you can find it in the large symbol list.

Also there don't seem to exist much fonts which contains it. I found
it in Charis SIL so with XeLaTeX the following works:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{xltxtra}
\begin{document}
Test: \fontspec{Charis SIL}^^^^0240 
\end{document}
