[texhax] ɀ in LaTeX?

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how to code the hexadecimal character ɀ in
LaTeX?

It looks like a lowercase z, with a "swash tail", in the upper right
here: (http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0180.pdf)
