it will probably be named texlive 2006/2007,
but that's for someone on the team to confirm.

they are working very hard on it, and the
master is just about to be burned and sent
for replication.  production is expected to
take several weeks.  i'm sure there will be
a public announcement *as soon* as it's
ready for distribution.
