Probably almost all the same answer: Ghostscript with the GSview front-end for
Windows: http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/index.html

You'll also need dvips (some version) to convert .dvi to .ps files, for which
GSview can act as a full previewer with autoreload etc. If your (La)TeX
installation is a more-or-less standard (TDS compliant etc.) one, it's
probably already on your machine. A good TeX-editor/front-end should let you
configure the automatic use of these apps so as to achieve a transparent
edit-compile-preview cycle for your convenience.
